With the aid of the latest diagnostic equipment in addition to our years of experience working with air conditioning system repairs and fault finding on all brands and styles of systems, we are able to quickly identify the cause of any problems you may be experiencing with your existing air conditioning system.

Design
Each client will command a very specific design appropriate for the needs and size of the project, be it a multi-tier premesis, campus or single volume of space.
We will first conduct a free site survey so that we can understand your needs and create a heat gain/loss report which will provide insights into the system specification required to deliver the most appropriate cooling and heating.
Our computer software is capable of defining the perfect environment right down to manufacturer.
We will supply you with detailed drawings showing the locations and dimensions of the internal and external appliances that will form the air conditioning system alongside a detailed outline of the routes of cabling, piping etc relating to the installation.
Installation
Our goal is to deliver a fast, efficient and affordable system installation that minimises any unneccesary distraction from your day to day business.
Cool Heat Systems cover all aspects of an installation, from design to commissioning of a system, with many years of experience in all forms of air conditioning systems. Conversant with the BS 4434 Refrigeration Safety Code, and CITB certified in the “Safe handling of Refrigerants” we know our industry and are happy to provide you with references from our many happy clients.
Health and Safety is central to our operation and risk and method statement surveys will be completed and delivered to you, the client.
When working on domestic household projects your air conditioning system would be connected to the mains electrical supply by an NICEIC qualified electricians and all necessary certificates supplied.
Maintenance
As with most things, prevention is better than cure, service call outs are often avoidable when an air conditioning unit has been correctly maintained.
We will assist you with ensuring that your system has is kept running at it’s best and will add to the life expectancy of your system.
